The agreement provides a 3.3% pay rise from July 2026 to July 2027, followed by a 1% increase in both 2027 and 2028. These will be supplemented by fixed monthly amounts that are socially graded to benefit those on lower salaries. Overall, the agreement represents an average increase of 5.4% over the three-year period.
