The agreement includes significant salary increases, recognizes long-term professional experience, and improves work-life balance. This agreement strengthens purchasing power and rewards the performance and experience of employees. Of particular note is the crediting of up to 24 months of parental leave toward prior service – a step that primarily benefits women and creates genuine fairness.
