In just two rounds of negotiations, the unions vida and GPA, together with the aviation group of the Association of Bus, Aviation, and Shipping Companies of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKÖ), agreed on a new collective agreement. Wages and salaries will increase by 3.3%, retroactive to 1 May 2025.
