SKR and Sobona have signed a one-year collective agreement with the unions within the General Municipal Operations (AKV) and the Medical Association (Läkarförbundet). In addition, an agreement has been concluded with the Academic Alliance which runs indefinitely. The agreements with AKV and Läkarförbundet follow the industry mark for wage increases of 3.3%, while the agreement with AkademikerAliansen continues to have no specified level.
