The employers called the figure \"completely unrealistic\" and on 19 December the Swedish Technology Companies - which represents the majority of all technology companies - came up with their counter-offer. The organization did not mention a percentage, but wants to see significantly lower wage increases. At a press conference the Swedish Technology Companies focused on the concerns that exist in the world. According to the employers, the country is in a recession and the situation looks tough in industry.
