The agreement includes a gradual increase in the minimum basic salary for individual positions. From 1 June the minimum basic salary for the position of a salesperson will increase to € 1,270. The salesperson’s basic salary will be adjusted every year with the increase in the minimum wage. The agreement also regulates the adjustment of the minimum basic wages on 1 July of each year in line with inflation, but not by more than 3% annually.
