The union says it had experienced a fraudulent process both during the negotiations themselves and afterwards. It is considered a gross breach of trust and LO is therefore temporarily breaking off cooperation with the employers. The negotiations on a new agreement for an inclusive working life broke down on 4 December, due to the employers’ association NHO’s demands not to protect the sick pay scheme.
