After intensive negotiations and no less than four months of action, union FNV has come to an agreement about, among other things, a pay increase of 13% over 22 months. The early retirement scheme will be continued for employees with heavy work. If the members agree, the collective agreement will run from April 1, 2024, to February 1, 2026 (22 months). Salaries will increase in steps, first by 7% on July 1, 2024. In addition, from March 1, 2025, there will be a structural wage increase of € 100 per month. Finally, employees will receive a 3% pay increase in October 2025. In total, this amounts to about a 13% wage increase over the term of the new collective agreement.
