The collective agreement has a term from 1 June 2024 to 31 December 2025. Wages will increase by 9% in total. On 1 June 2024, wages will increase by 2.75%, on 1 January 2025 by 3.25% and on 1 June 2025 by 3%. The opportunity for early retirement for employees with heavy work will be continued.
