The holiday allowance will be increased to 8.33% and the travel allowance will increase to € 0.23 per kilometer. This is the result of negotiations between the trade unions FNV and CNV Vakmensen with the Dutch trade association for the carpentry industry (NBvT). The negotiation result will now be presented to the members of the three parties. On 1 March 2024, employees will receive a pay increase of 6.5% and an additional 3% on 1 October.
