Union FNV agreed with management on a 10% pay increase for factory workers and about 9% for office staff. In addition, all deteriorations that AkzoNobel previously proposed are off the table. The employees receive twice as much travel allowance and their parental leave is supplemented to 100% for the first 9 weeks.
