Effective from 6 December and valid for four years, the agreement introduces provisions covering remuneration, performance evaluation, career opportunities, and training. Trade union members will benefit from additional social guarantees, such as extra leave for health improvement, self-development, and learning, as well as representation during service evaluations or in cases of rights protection.
