Liechtenstein - Plea for social partnership 4.0 - April 30, 2024

In a guest comment for a business journal, the president of the union LANV pleas for a renewal of the social partnership model. In reaction to criticism by employers and the effects of globalisation and digitalisation, collective agreements are still needed. However, they should be adapted to changing circumstances, such as work independent of place and time.
