The younger generation is paid higher wages than people of the pre-pension generation. The reason for differences in wages between wages is not because older people are specifically paid lower wages, but rather because they have fewer opportunities on the labour market. The expert also stressed that it is often believed workers of the older generation have problems using new technologies – this is only a stereotype, as representatives of every generation face various challenges on the labour market.
