Germany - Up to 14.4% wage increase at airline company - January 31, 2024
Union ver.di and the Lufthansa subsidiary Eurowings have agreed on a collective agreement for cabin crews. The monthly compensation of employees will increase by a total of 10.7% to 14.4%. Furthermore, a tax-free inflation compensation bonus of € 2,000, the deletion of the previous initial remuneration level, the expansion of the remuneration levels for long-term employees and the upgrading of the purser activity were agreed. Eurowings employs around 1,800 cabin workers.
