The wages of the approximately 1,500 employees are increasing significantly. From September 1, wages will increase by a fixed amount of € 166. On July 1, 2025, wages will increase by a further 3.4%. Training allowances will also increase by € 100 in all years of training on September 1, 2024. From July 1, 2025, they will increase by a further 3.4%. In addition, there will be an inflation compensation bonus of € 900 net in August 2024, and trainees will receive € 450.
