In the future, the additional holiday pay will be calculated as a percentage and increases with the salary. Since 1 July 2024, it will be at least 60% of the salary in July. Better company agreements will remain in place. Long-term employees will receive additional paid days off in the future. Extended notice periods apply to employers and employees: After 5 years of service: 3 months at the end of the quarter. After 8 years of service: 4 months at the end of the quarter. On 1 February 2025, wages and salaries will increase by 2.6%, training allowances by € 30 per year.
