The agreement means a significant pay increase for employees in two stages. From 1 January 2025, wages for the 100% level E6 pay group will increase by 4.05% to € 18.75. From 1 January 2026, there will be a further increase of 4% to € 19.50. Based on a basic wage of currently € 18.02, the additional monthly earnings from 2025 will be € 127 and, together with 2026, € 257. The monthly income will thus rise to € 3,393. The wages for the other groups are calculated according to the percentage levels from E6. The wages for pay group E1 correspond to the industry minimum wage.
