Wages will increase by 3% on 1 February 2025 and by a further 2.4% on 1 February 2026. Trainees will also get a higher aallowance. Their wages will increase by € 70 per month for all years of training on 1 February 2025 and by a further € 60 on 1 February 2026. In addition, the collectively agreed holiday will increase to 31 days after 10 years of employment.
