Wages will increase by a total of 5.9% in three stages: by 2.5% from January 2025; by 2% from January 2026; and by 1.4% from October 2026. There is also a one-off payment of € 100 for October to December 2024. The collective agreement is valid for 27 months and runs until 31 December 2026. It was agreed to start concrete discussions on benefits for union members in the first quarter of 2025. A decision on how this will be implemented is to be made by the end of 2026.
