Salaries will increase by a total of 10.5% in three stages from August 1, 2024. For junior employees, salaries will increase by a total of € 250. The agreement has a term of 28 months. In addition, the collective bargaining parties agreed to continue the collective bargaining reform process that began last year and to start talks on a new pay structure and a modern, life-phase-oriented working time arrangement. Ver.di members can now vote on the acceptance of the collective agreement until the end of July.
