The value of the \u003Ca contenteditable=\"false\" href=\"https:\u002F\u002Fcrm.etui.org\u002Fcivicrm\u002Fmailing\u002Furl?u=83726&qid=3706688\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"https:\u002F\u002Fcrm.etui.org\u002Fcivicrm\u002Fmailing\u002Furl?u=83726&qid=3706688\">SMIC\u003C\u002Fa> is automatically updated on 1 January each year, based on inflation and purchasing power. So, this 2% increase in November 2024 is actually in anticipation of the increase usually scheduled for January 2025. It is done by evaluating the inflation observed by 20% of households with the lowest incomes.
