Negotiations on the new agreements between the trade union FH and the state, municipalities and regions began in December 2023. In February 2024, an agreement was reached. Now, the voting results for the new agreement are ready, and it was an overwhelming yes. Two out of three eligible voters have voted and almost 90% of them have voted yes to the new collective agreements in FH's areas in municipalities and regions.
