They agreed on two key points - working hours and compensation. Other open issues will be negotiated until June 2025, including copyright. The two social partners also agreed on a pay increase, valid from June 2024. The contractual salaries will be increased by the fixed amount of € 244 per month. The starting salaries for new journalists have been increased. In the future, the status of an editorial trainee will only be available for one year instead of two.
