The agreement provides for 4% pay increase for kindergarten teachers and 4.3% for assistants. The new minimum salary for kindergarten teachers in the first year is now € 3,063, for assistants € 2,137. The increase secures the purchasing power and income development of employees, which is important in view of the need to further make the industry more attractive.
