Against this background, the Swiss Federation of Trade Unions (SGB) is calling for real wage increases of 5% in 2024. A turnaround is needed with real wage increases and concrete measures against the explosion in health insurance premiums and the rent price. The SGB is therefore preparing to mobilize against the fourth round of negative wages in a row.
