In addition, the wage demands overall contain a stronger low-wage investment than before. The requirements refer to a one-year contract. Salary increases of 4.4% plus a low-wage initiative. The low-wage initiative means that those who earn less than SEK 27,100 (€2,450) per month will get SEK 1,192 (€108) from the contract area's wage pot. Then it is decided how the pot should be distributed among the other employees. In addition, the minimum wages in the agreements must be increased by SEK 1,371 (€124).
