This means that no change has taken place compared to 2021. This is shown by a new report from the Mediation Institute (Medlingsinstitutet). Since 2019, the pay gap has only shown small variations over the years. In 2019, the trend was interrupted by reduced pay differences between women and men. Since then, there have been only minor changes to the wage gap.
