Spain - Strike at fashion retailier called off - June 30, 2023

Unions representing shop workers at fashion retailer H&M have called off further strikes after reaching an agreement for a pay rise. Around 4,000 shop assistants staged walk-outs to demand better salaries. The trae unions CCOO and UGT extended the protests in July. The package of measures approved include details related to store sales incentives, minimum guaranteed value for responsibility functions, salary increase for sales advisors, increase of effective resources in stores and information rights.
