Wages in most sectors grew at a double-digit rate. The highest growth of 15% took place in the accommodation sector with an average wage of € 1,082. The lowest rate of wage growth below the level of 10% was in transportation and storage with an average wage of € 1,297 and information and communication with an average wage of € 2,372. Real wages in up to half of the monitored sectors increased in June 2023, despite high inflation. Real wages rose the strongest in accommodation (3.8%).
