The Supreme Court ruled in the long-running case that the union FNV has brought against meal delivery platform Deliveroo. In its ruling, the Supreme Court follows the advice of the Advocate General and previous rulings at lower courts: Deliveroo’s riders are not self-employed and were actually employees.
