Salaries will increase by 10% and the reduction of the Sunday allowance is off the table. Temporary workers will get more certainty about their schedules. The collective agreement runs for one year, until 15 April 2024. The early retirement scheme will remain intact for everyone. There will also be an end to running different services in close succession. Where temporary workers sometimes have to work a few hours later after a night shift, it has been agreed that from now on they will have to work no more than two different shifts in one week.
