The agreement also affects companies and employees who work on behalf of the Schiphol Group, such as security companies, private bus transport and cleaning. The temporary hourly surcharge of € 1.40 will be continued until 1 September 2024. After that there will be a surcharge of € 0.70 until 31 December 2024. Schiphol agrees that all employees should be able to earn a living wage.
