The collective agreement will run from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2024. The largest union, FNV, was not invited for the last bargaining round and did not sign the agreement. The negotiations started in August 2022 and have been difficult from the start. The agreement includes a pay rise of 2% in June 2023, another 2% in September 2023 and 1% in January 2024. Additionally, there will be a one-off payment of 1.5% over 2022 that will be paid in February 2023.
