There will be an additional 10% wage increase on top of the wage increases already agreed in the current collective agreement. This is necessary because of the sharp rise in inflation. In 2023, an additional salary increase of 5% will be implemented, with a minimum of € 150, on top of the previously agreed salary increase of 2% with a minimum of € 60. A further salary increase of 2% with a minimum of € 60 is planned for 2024, followed by an additional increase of 5%, of which 1% is a one-off payment.
