With firecrackers, horns, banners and red OGBL vests, more than a hundred people gathered in front of the factory. The local council unanimously passed a resolution to support the employees. As part of the renegotiation of the collective agreement, union OGBL is demanding a wage increase of 2.5% and three additional days of vacation.
