For 2023, the union agreed on general wage increases with 15 sectors. In two other sectors, wages will be increased by up to 3%. Minimum wages will increase by between 3% and 10% in twelve sectors. Weekly working hours will be reduced in three sectors, resulting in a higher hourly wage.
