With no agreement in place, broad strike action by BSRB started on 5 June in 29 municipalities. A total of 2,500 people were involved in the strikes. The strikes included personnel in kindergartens, swimming pools, sports facilities, service centres, municipal offices, offices, maintenance buildings and harbours.
