(AGVDE) agreed on a collective agreement for the approximately 5,000 employees covered by the new agreement. The employees receive a tax-free one-off payment of € 1,500 in June. In addition, wages will increase by € 300 per month from October 2023. The duration of the agreement is 18 months until September 2024.
