In January 2024, employees will receive an inflation compensation bonus of € 1,500 net (trainees € 1,000). A further € 1,500 (trainees € 800) will be paid out in installments until the end of 2024: from February 2024 to November 2024 there are monthly payments of € 150 net (trainees € 80). From 1 January 2025, salaries and trainee compensation will increase by 5.5%.
