In April 2023, employees as well as trainees and dual students will receive a tax and duty-free inflation adjustment special payment of € 1,020. From May 2023 up to March 2024, they will also receive a monthly tax and duty-free inflation compensation payment of € 180. From April 2024, all full-time employees will receive € 340 more per month. This corresponds to a percentage pay increase from 11% to 16%. The term of the collective agreement is 24 months and runs until 31 December 2024. The agreement is subject to the approval of the ver.di members.
