The trade union NGG and the employers have agreed on this in a new collective agreement. Wages and salaries will increase in two steps and there is an inflation premium of € 1,250 net. The duration of the agreement is 13 months. Employees’ willingness to engage in collective action was an important prerequisite for this wage agreement.
