Statistics Denmark has published the salary development for the first quarter of 2023. For municipal employees, salaries developed less dynamic. While they increase by 3.3%. in the fourth quarter of 2022, the growth in the first quarter of 2022 was only 3.1%. The growth rate of wage for regional employees decreased from 3.3% in the previous quarter to 3.0% in the first quarter of 2023. Real wages fell in all three public sub-sectors.
