Once again, it appears that the Law of 1996 – the wage moderation law – blocks all wage negotiations for the current and next 2 years. After all, the wage moderation law does not allow a margin, this time it is literally 0%. However, the union considers it important that employment conditions other than wages are negotiated in an interprofessional framework.
