This mainly means that many arrangements, such as early retirement will be extended. The social partners will take the time until the end of this month to present the interprofessional draft agreement to their rank and file. Trade unions and employers had to consider, among other things, the system of unemployment with company supplements (SWT) - the former bridging pension. They reached a draft agreement extending the current arrangements by two years through June 2025. With regard to SWT - the former bridging pension - the system remains possible from the age of 58 for medical reasons and from the age of 60 for employees in a demanding profession or with a long career.
