As a co-plaintiff, the ACV was proved right in the case against the decree on Flemish social policy on the one hand and against the amendment decree on adult education on the other. Eighteen months ago, the Flemish Government decided to tighten the rules for Flemish social protection. Nineteen civil society organisations, including the ACV, grouped under the name “Everyone is protected” and went to the Constitutional Court.
