Wage and salary increases for around 200,000 employees are to be negotiated in the coming weeks. The inflation rate relevant to the negotiations is 9.6%. The new collective agreement will apply from 1 November 2023. In order to secure workers’ purchasing power, the union are demanding a wage increase of 11.6%.
