As part of the JUFA future process, more than 300 employees were called upon to actively help shape it and contribute their New Work ideas. After long negotiations, a family-friendly working time model was derived, salary levels were made more attractive and extensive development opportunities were created. The future collective agreement Tourism offers a variety of benefits for employees. Employees will be able to take their sixth week of vacation much faster – after 15 years of service. There is also one fixed free weekend per month and a supplement for Sunday work.
