According to the trade union Vida, an acceptable result was achieved with an 8% wage increase and a reduction in working hours as a first step towards 39 hours per week. A minimum wage of € 1,850.76 will apply from 1 September 2023. In addition, a tax-free cost-of-living premium of € 1,500 was agreed upon.
