The three unions are recommending acceptance of a deal that would provide a £2,000 (€2,310) annual pay rise for the lowest paid; £1,925 (€2,225) for those earning between £20,500^39,000 (€23,700^45,000); a 5% increase for those earning between £39,000-£60,000 (€45,000^69,360); and a maximum increase of £3,000 (€34,70) for the highest paid.
